The software development recruiting process is broken.
Seek attitude and aptitude – not acronyms and accolades.
Trouble is – screening folks based on attitude and aptitude is harder than simple initialism matching. So the lazy folks don’t get to look deeper. Good for me. I get to hire the deeper talent.
